FACTS:
Central City is a wildly progressive little town. The opportunities to get involved on a local level are almost endless. It is a young community that is actually growing and booming. Prairie Creek Vineyard & winery is right “downtown” in a completely remodeled brick building.
Operating Hours are Tuesday-Friday 4-9pm, Saturday 1-9pm.
Shift hours are TUES-SAT 2-9PM. There will be rare occasions when overtime is necessary. We firmly believe in promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Prairie Creek serves upwards of 150-170 people on Fridays and Saturdays. Every weekend is almost fully reserved, with a few walk-ins.
Prairie Creek Vineyard & winery is looking for an intelligent, competent, motivated person to join the team. We are wanting creativity, problem-solving, and MAD GRILL SKILLS. (seriously, we challenge you to a grill-off). We’ve got a good thing going and we know it. If you’ve made it this far you’re probably just going to give Nick a call now…. He’s the owner, wine-maker, dishwasher or hot-line stand-in (no joke - he will work circles around anyone in the dishpit). We are going to be picky about making sure our team grows stronger, better, and really digs deep to make Prairie Creek the best it can be.
